10 Exercises in 15 min

If I only have 15 minutes for a workout, these are my 10 favorite exercises. Give it a try!

HAND RELEASE PUSH UPS - 20 reps
Push-ups are awesome, effective, and quick. A staple of any workout. Keep your body in plank form and don’t peel yourself off the ground.

AIR SQUATS - 20 reps
Squats are also awesome, effective, and quick. Get your butt to 90 deg!

PLANK - 1 min
You know how to do this one, or at least you should.

LUNGES - 20/leg
This exercise targets your glutes, hips, hamstrings and quads.

PRESS UPS - 15 reps
If you know me, you know I tend to have some minor back aches and pains. This is a great stretch for your lower back and feels good too. Hold at the top for at least 3-5 seconds.

MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS - 50 reps
This is a killer exercise that gets your heart rate up and works nearly every muscle group.

BACK ROWS - 20 reps
I like to do these with the TRX straps and use my body weight.

KETTLEBELL HIGH PULLS - 20 reps
I like to mix this exercise up. Sometimes I will go lighter weight with strict form and other times I will go heavy and add a squat before the high pull.

DUMBBELL SHOULDER PRESS - 20 Reps
Let’s hit them delts.

DUMBBELL BICEP CURLS - 20 Reps
Suns Out, Guns Out!

This is a great workout if you are short on time. You may also increase or decrease the reps to make it more or less challenging. If you don’t know how to do one of the exercises just google it, or ask me!
