Justin H.

Justin Hoover, PT
Physical Therapist / Owner

After attending Kansas State University, Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 1977. Justin has practiced in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, home health, long term care, sports and industrial.  He served as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Physical Therapy program at Wichita State University teaching a class in evaluation and treatment of the musculo-skeletal system and has been very active in the American Physical Therapy Association serving in numerous positions at the state and national level including 2 terms as the president of the Kansas Physical Therapy Association.

He began his Physical Therapy career as the Director of Physical Therapy at Edwards County Hospital in Kinsley, KS, a small rural hospital, and then served as the Assistant Director of Physical Therapy at St Joseph Medical Center in Wichita. Justin was then a clinic director for Mid Kansas Therapy Services in Wichita before moving to Charleston, Illinois to become Director of Physical Therapy at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. 

Justin returned to Kansas in 1988 and together with Greg Bachman formed Hoover, Bachman & Associates, Inc which contracts with hospitals, home health agencies, schools, long term care facilities and businesses to provide Physical, Occupational and Speech-Language Services. 

Ann H.

Ann Hoover, PT
Physical Therapist

Ann is a licensed Physical Therapist working at Geary Rehab & Fitness Center.  After attending Kansas State University, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 1979. Her PT experience covers a variety of work settings and she is currently providing services in the outpatient clinic and with home health patients. Ann serves as the Clinical Coordinator and facilitates and supervises Physical Therapy students from across the Midwest. With over 30 years of experience, Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical, comprehensive approach to her patients with an emphasis on improving their quality of life.

Amy B.

Amy Brickei, PT
Physical Therapist

Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Life Sciences from Kansas State University in 1991 and her Masters in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 1993. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.  During her 18 years of practice, Amy has worked with a wide variety of people in many different settings. She has focused on pediatrics over the last 5 years, particularly the birth to five population. Amy enjoys spending time with her family, sports and reading.

John Leslie

John Leslie, DPT
Physical Therapist

John was born in Kansas City, KS. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology from Kansas State University in 2003, and went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2008. Shortly after graduation, he began his career at Geary Rehabilitation and Fitness Center, where he has worked ever since.

John is a Certified Clinical Instructor through the APTA and enjoys mentoring Physical Therapy students as they develop their skills. Outside of work, he can often be found golfing (though he’ll admit he’s not very good at it), riding his motorcycle, and listening to music that’s a little off the beaten path—because, as he likes to say, “popular music is terrible.”

Matt Hagenmaier

Matt Hagenmaier, DPT
Physical Therapist

Matt completed his undergraduate coursework at Kansas State University, graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in May 2011. Matt enjoys exercising on a routine basis, with weight lifting being his favorite activity. He also loves spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and working on the family farm near Randolph, KS. Matt enjoys working with patients with a variety of diagnoses, with particular interest in orthopedic conditions. He would be happy to assist you in achieving your goals and returning you to function.

Megan Mortimer, PT
Physical Therapist

Megan grew up in Little River, KS, and graduated from Little River High School in 2011. She went on to earn an Associate of Science degree from Cloud County Community College in 2013, a Bachelor of Science from Sterling College in 2016, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University in 2019.

As a Physical Therapist, Megan has experience in outpatient, acute, and home health settings, with a particular focus in pelvic floor therapy. She joined Geary Rehabilitation and Fitness Center in November 2023. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their pets—dogs Carl and Deuce, and cat Mabel. She’s also an avid fan of Kansas City Chiefs football.

Lindee Nittler, DPT
Physical Therapist

Lindee earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biology (with minors in Chemistry and Psychology) and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Mary. She began her career in a skilled nursing facility before joining Geary Rehab in October 2023.

At Geary Rehab, she splits her time between the adult and pediatric clinics. Outside of work, Lindee enjoys time with her family and dog, cooking and baking, and creative hobbies like crocheting and sewing.

Rachael Field

Rachael Field, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant

Born and raised in Wichita, KS, Rachael graduated with a B.A. in Physical Education and an Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Washburn University in 1996. Rachael has been an employee of Geary Rehab and Fitness Center since May 1996. She enjoys working full time at Geary Community Hospital with patients in Acute, Swing Bed and Inpatient Rehab. Rachael is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, golf, tennis, long walks and spending time with her family at Milford Lake.

Donita Ryff

Donita Ryff, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant

Donita is a graduate from Herington High School and lives in Ramona.  She began her Physical Therapy career as a tech at the Herington Hospital in 1978.  She received her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from Colby Community College in 2002. Donita has an interest in aquatic therapy and enjoys orthopedic rehab. She has three children and three grandchildren.

Kate Osterhaus, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant

Kate was born and raised on a small acreage farm near Firth, Nebraska. She earned her Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Northeast Community College in Norfolk, graduating in August 2024. Kate joined Geary Rehab and Fitness in February 2025 and enjoys working with a wide range of patients, including those with geriatric, orthopedic, and Parkinson’s needs.

Outside of work, Kate loves spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, walking her dog Nina, crafting, and being with her family.

Brandi

Brandi Hoover, M.S.,CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist

Brandi is a native of Chapman, KS. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree, in Speech-Language Hearing, from The University of Kansas in 2007, and a Master of Science degree, in Communication Sciences and Disorders, from Rockhurst University in 2010. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) in 2011 and is currently an active member. During graduate school, she completed her clinical training in a Skilled nursing facility, Long-term acute care hospital (LTAC), and two elementary schools, one of which was a school for the Deaf.

Brandi has been working for Geary Rehabilitation since 2010, with experience in evaluation and treatment of adults and pediatric patients, in a variety of settings (hospital, home health care, skilled nursing facility, and outpatient). Brandi is certified in providing Vital Stim (Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES)) therapy and Melodic Based Communication Therapy (MBCT). She has a special interest in dysphagia (individuals who have difficulty with swallowing). Brandi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on the Jayhawks with her husband, and playing sand volleyball. 

Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson, OTR/L, CLT
Occupational Therapist / Certified Lymphedema Specialist

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 1992 from the University of Kansas. Jennifer works in the outpatient clinic providing services for patients needing orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.  She is able to fabricate customized splints and is certified in ASTYM, a treatment technology that stimulates soft tissue regeneration. Jennifer has been a Certified Lymphedema Specialist since 1999, helping individuals with limb swelling.
